Update billing information and view invoices

You can update your billing information and view your invoices at any time under Plan & Billing.

Once your billing information is updated, this information will be used for any future invoices (but will not update any previous invoices).

Note: These instructions only apply to plans purchased via our website. If you purchased your plan using the iOS app, you'll need to manage your plan and payment method via your Apple account.

Click the Account & Org settings icon to open your user menu.

From your user menu, select Plan & Billing.

Here you'll see your current plan:

Scroll down a little and click Manage billing information.

Select Billing & Shipping Addresses.

Click the address box.

Make any desired updates to your name, email address, company name, billing address, VAT, or Tax ID (this will depend on the country you select), and click Update.

Note: If your billing address is located in Spain (with the exception of the Canary Islands), you'll be charged VAT regardless of whether you add a VAT number, as VideoAsk is a provider based in Spain.

Change my payment information

You can change or update the payment method associated with your account under Plan & Billing. Once updated, whichever payment method you set as your default will be used for any future charges to your account.

Here you'll see your current plan:

Scroll down a little and click Manage billing information.

Click Payment Methods.

Edit your payment details by clicking on the relevant payment method, or add a new payment method by clicking Add New.

Once you've added a new payment method, you can choose whether to set it as Primary or Secondary. Then, click Update.

View and download my invoices

You can download any of your invoices from your Account & Org settings under Plan & Billing.

Note: You can only view invoices for an organization you own. If you're a team member in another organization, invoices will be available in the organization owner's account.

Scroll down a little and click Manage billing information

Click Billing History to view and download your past invoices.

Note: If you're looking for an older invoice and it's not listed in your Billing History, scroll down in your VideoAsk Plan & Billing page to access previous invoices.
