You have the flexibility to manage your plan conveniently within your VideoAsk account at any time.
If your usage of audio and video processing minutes fluctuates regularly, you can upgrade and downgrade your plan as often as you need if you're on one of our monthly plans. Check your current usage to see how many minutes you use a month.

Note: These instructions only apply to plans purchased via our website. If you purchased your plan using the iOS app, you'll need to manage your plan and payment method via your Apple account.

Change my plan
You can change your plan at any time under Plan & Billing.
Click Account & Org settings to open your user menu.
From your user menu, select Plan & Billing.
Here you'll see your current plan.
To downgrade or upgrade your plan, drag the green slider to select how many minutes you'll need.
⚠️ Important: Each of our plans includes different features. Check out our pricing page for an up-to-date list of the features included in each plan.
Select Show yearly/monthly to switch between monthly and annual plans.
Once you've made the desired changes with the slider, click the Upgrade or Downgrade button.
Follow the prompts to complete upgrading or downgrading your plan.
Cancel my plan
You can cancel your plan at any time under Plan & Billing.
Click Account & Org settings to open your user menu.
From your user menu, select Plan & Billing.
Here you'll see your current plan.
Scroll down a little and click Cancel my subscription.
Review the features of your current plan. Decide if you want to stay on your current plan or click Continue to downgrade.
You'll be prompted to complete a videoask to finish the cancelation process.
Answer the short videoask to complete the cancelation process.
⚠️ Important: Make sure to complete the entire videoask to cancel your subscription. If you drop out before completing the cancelation videoask, your account will remain active.
