Are you building a complex flow with Logic and want to display a contact form in different branches of your videoask? Use multiple contact forms in your flow to prompt respondents to leave their contact details at just the right moment for them.
By default, your videoask has a single contact form that can be enabled to collect contact details from your respondents and can be placed after any step of your videoask.
Steps with the contact form enabled will display a contact form icon in the videoask editor:
If you're using conditional logic, you may want to display the contact form after steps that are dependent on a respondent's answers. To do this, enable the contact form after multiple steps in your videoask flow.
Enable multiple contact forms
You have two methods to manage where respondents see your contact form: from the contact form editor and in the settings of each step of your videoask. Both options are located within the videoask builder.
Manage form placement from the contact form editor
Log in to your VideoAsk account and select the videoask you want to edit. Click Build to open the videoask builder.
Click the Contact form icon to open the contact form editor.
Click the arrow next to Collect after step... to open the dropdown menu.
Select after which steps you want to display the contact form.

Click Build to open the videoask builder.
Click a step to edit it.
Toggle Collect contact details on this step on or off.
Rinse and repeat for each step of your videoask where you'd like to enable the contact form.
Your settings will autosave and respondents will now see a contact form for whichever route they take through your videoask.
When you review the entire flow in the builder, the contact form icon will appear on the steps where it has been enabled:
Note: The same contact form will display regardless of where or how many times it is displayed.
